+ Once the course begins, student will have access for a total of 16 weeks.

+ All three 1:1 coaching sessions must be fulfilled during course duration.

+ Student is fully responsible for ensuring all three 1:1 sessions are booked. A link to book alongside instructions will be provided after the course's first retreat.

+ Cancellation of a pre-existing 1:1 session requires 24-hours written notice via email.

+ There are no refunds or transfer of credit.

+ If you are on a payment plan or pre-determined agreement, all payments must be made by the agreed dates. Failure to do so may result in lost sessions or a cancellation of your course access.

+ Course content cannot be shared or recorded for any purposes.

+ Christine is not a licensed doctor, psychotherapist or other outstanding health professional. She is not liable for any health issues obtained during or related to this course.

+ You agree above all else to be coachable. Your willingness to show up, be open, receptive and take the coaching is essential to producing your intended results. Without a willingness to be coachable there is not much I, or anyone else for that matter, can do for you. It all starts with you.

I see so many incredible brave souls who want to rise, who know there is more to life, who desire to live a fully expressed life, but don’t know what to do, how to do it, or where to start. 

Some dabble and make small strides, but often self-sabotage, or don’t fully express because of fear, illusion, old wounding, outdated belief systems, or are lost in the “fog” and have shadow work/cycles to break. These patterns and cycles can show up as: over functioning, codependency, low self -esteem, resentment, blaming others, feeling constantly triggered and out of control, living in constant fear, etc.

This container is a mindfully curated, hybrid experience. It includes both content and live coaching sessions (individually and within a group). Each week there are digestible pieces to work on, that are easy to understand. The focus is on integration and actual transformation, not just information. Plus, I fucking love people stepping into their power and aligning with their highest selves.
